1. General provisions
This Policy sets out how personal data of users of moetab.ru and моётаб.рф (the Site) is processed and protected in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27 July 2006.
The data controller is the owner of the MOETAB trademark (the Operator). By using the contact form, the user confirms their agreement with this Policy.
2. Data we process
Full name, company name, e-mail address, phone number, country and city, and the message content provided by the user in the contact form.
When the Site is visited, the hosting provider’s server may automatically record technical data: IP address, browser type, date and time of the request.
3. Purposes of processing
Responding to user enquiries, preparing commercial proposals, and concluding and performing supply and manufacturing agreements.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the data subject’s consent (Article 6(1)(1) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ), which the user gives by ticking the corresponding box before submitting the form.
5. Storage and protection
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored no longer than the purposes of processing require, or until consent is withdrawn. The Operator takes legal, organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
6. Transfer to third parties
The Operator does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties except as required by law. The Site relies on a hosting provider and an e-mail delivery service whose servers may be located outside the Russian Federation. By submitting the form, the user consents to such cross-border transfer.
7. User rights
Users may request information about the processing of their data, ask for it to be corrected, blocked or deleted, and withdraw consent by writing to info@moetab.ru.
8. Cookies
The Site uses only a strictly necessary cookie to remember the selected language. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.
9. Changes to this Policy
The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always available on this page.
